Costs generally vary, but we operate at a luxury provider level, where budgets correspond with the floral artistry we provide.

A non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 25% of the total floral order, along with a signed contract is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance, along with the damage deposit (if you are renting vases), is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. No dates are secured or held without a signed contract and the reservation deposit. We do not tentatively book event dates.

Our delivery, set-up, and take-down fees are determined by the event location and the amount of flowers and decor to be delivered and set up/taken down. Delivery and set-up within Toronto/GTA city boundaries start at $850+GST. If your wedding is located outside of Toronto/GTA, please contact us for delivery & set-up pricing.

Many flowers are available year-round (prices may fluctuate), yet some blooms only have seasonal availability, such as peonies, lily of the valley, anemones, etc. If requested flowers are out of season, they might be quite expensive or not available at all.
Holidays, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and International Women’s Day, will greatly influence the prices and availability. Weather conditions and natural disasters also impact flower availability and pricing. Due to our busy schedule throughout the year, dates generally book about 6 months in advance, and sometimes a year or more. Choosing a floral designer should be one of your first steps after deciding on a venue. However, feel free to send us a note anyway; we would be happy to help if we have an opening.

We have a wide range of pricing, depending on our client's requests. We have worked with floral budgets ranging from $2,000 up to $60,000, with most couples spending somewhere between $7,500 and $20,500 for their event flowers. Pricing is based on the size, style, flower variety, and design complexity. We use high-quality local and imported fresh flowers to ensure that your floral decor is stunning. We do not offer fixed packages since each occasion is different. We work with you individually to design your own personal and unique event package.

Absolutely! We work with some of the best professionals in the industry and are happy to send you a list of recommendations and/or make introductions. Along with the floral decor and the venue, the planner and the photographer make up the “Big Four” critical resources for your wedding or special occasion.
